Lucidipedia

Guten Morgen,

I really wanted to talk about something me and my boyfriend have been interested into for a while, whereby I am actually more of a newbie to the whole idea.
I am talking about lucid dreaming which seems to become quite the sport. Understandably since a mastery of this would blow your mind. I have to admit I was rather skeptical before I really understood the idea behind lucid dreaming. 'Yet another meditation technique, yet another yoga course to attend'.
But what is great about lucid dreaming is: It is free, it is setting yourself free, getting to know yourself and it doesn't even cost a dime. You do not need that fancy yoga mat, you don't need a personal trainer. Only your jammies and your bed.

In a lucid dream one is aware of dreaming.

Apparently everyone has about one lucid dream per month even if we do not notice it. For some people it is mo
re normal, others feel that they never really dream lucid. In a lucid dream you have the control. You can create the moment and what is happening to you. If you want to wear a spacesuit, go ahead. Or rather in the mood of eating a giant cake? Well... go ahead!
Everything is possible with a little bit of practice. And practice is an important part of lucid dreaming. There are
several techniques you can do to raise the chance of dreaming lucid but also of mastering your lucid dreams. It does not seem super easy but it does seem like something one should really really try-out.

Yesterday at the lecture, a really young guy Tim Post, who scared the crap out of me since he was so young, held an hour long speech about lucid dreaming. Funny, exciting, scientifically amazing...
This young man, anyway has his own homepage www.lucidipedia.org which I want to highly recommend. You can look at videos, attend online classes, read about lucid dreaming and even have an online diary about your dreams. It is really worth looking at. I am also linking a video of Tim at the end of this post since he explains the whole thing ten times better than me. So stop reading my nonsense and have a look around Lucidipedia!
Here you can check out the video.
