Dear friends,
This weekend my source for inspiration Katrina from PuglyPixel answered my letter in which I asked her how she managed the first weeks and months of being a blogger. You know, those weeks where nobody reads what you write and the only people reading your blog are friends ?! I never expected her to answer and especially not the way she did. She wrote a post giving 9 lessons about blogging which all are very inspirational. When I saw this sunday morning I almost flew out of the window. I ran upstairs to my boyfriend and woke him up more or less screaming. I felt like a teenager receiving a letter from a favorite band. It really made my day, my weekend, my week :)
Lesson #1:
Blog about the things that excite you—the things that you can’t stop thinking about. Blog about the things you think of before you fall asleep at night, the things you think of when you first wake up in the morning. Blog about the things that you work on until 3AM for the fun of it. Blog about your passions.
This is my favorite lesson and I think the one that will be most useful for me. I will be honest. I sometimes have been sitting around and thinking: What do I want to blog about? What would make people read my blog? But why actually. I think i should just blog and be myself and maybe I'm lucky and people actually want to have a look.
Btw today I am posting my first thing someone might think is useful, although I have to admit it is really girly. Thats actually the reason I have been keeping it back. But now I feel it might be the right time. Thanks to Katrina's post I have gotten a lot more comments and 5 followers on my blog. It makes my heart jump. Therefore I want to give something back.
Two present labels. Print them, cut them and put them on any present. I hope some of you will find this useful. As always the graphics are by GraphicsFairy <3.

I think the "lesson 1" you were given was great:) To be honest I feel just like you! But I think if it's important to you, eventually, others won't be able to help themselves:P
